Manage Web Site Pages
The Recite CMS page management widgets allow you to define the structure of your web site.
Your site can have any number of pages, structured however you desire. You can re-order pages on your site using the drag-drop interface.
Some of the features of pages include:
- You can define a number of different layouts for pages, meaning you can have a different look and feel for different sections in your site.
- Pages can have any number of content blocks, each of which is editable using a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor. You can edit these blocks either through the Control Panel or when viewing the site is container management mode.
- You can control permissions on pages, allowing you to easily create "members-only" sections.
- There are many different page types available, each of which behaves slightly differently. For example, there is a page type used to output web feeds, and another type solely used for redirecting to another web site.
